Hire Terms

• The studio hire is for the exclusive use of the hiring participant.

• The Client has full access to the studio and the surrounding bushland within 20 meters of the main dwelling.

• Additional property access may be arranged through discussion with the Studio Manager.

Content/Photographs/Videos

• As a photography studio we thrive off your content! We encourage all our visitors and clients to share their content with us to share for the world to admire. We will not share your content without your permission. During your booking you will receive an optional release form to allow us to share the content and the best way to share it with us. 

• Additionally, we encourage you to tag us or collaborate with us on your social media posts! let's share followers.

Payment Terms

• The Client agrees to pay for studio hire within 48 hours of the booking request.

• Failure to make payment will result in the cancellation of the booking.

• Cancellation fees apply as follows:

  • More than 24 hours before the session: Fee will be applied as a credit for a future booking.

  • Less than 24 hours before the session or no-show: 100% of the fee will be deducted.

Parking

• Parking is permitted only in the allocated parking spots on the property.

• The Client is solely responsible for their vehicle and any third-party vehicles.

Neighbors

• The property is a residential home with neighbors. The Client and any third parties must:

  • Stay within the studio boundaries.

  • Keep noise levels respectful to avoid disturbing neighboring houses.

• Entry into the shed or the main dwelling is strictly prohibited. Penalties may apply for breaches of this rule.

Pets

• Pets are welcome but must be leashed or kept in a cage when outside the studio.

• The Client and third parties are fully responsible for their pets.

• A pet rules guide is available upon request.

• Additional Bond required for pets and they must be declared and discussed prior to session.

Facilities

• A kitchenette, washroom and toilet are available within the studio for public use.

Emergency Procedures

• The Client is responsible for ensuring adequate first aid and emergency services for themselves and any third parties.

Personal Injury Waiver

• A personal injury waiver must be signed prior to admittance to the property.

• The Client releases Bewildered Studio, its providers, executors, administrators, legal representatives, and assigns from all claims or demands related to any injury, property damage, or loss, including those resulting in death, incurred during the session. This waiver applies even if the injury or damage is caused partly or entirely by the negligence of the provider.​

Prohibitied Activities:​

• Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, including the studio and surrounding areas.

• The use of hazardous materials, including flammable or toxic substances, is not permitted.

• Noise levels must be kept to a minimum to avoid disruption to neighbors and adhere to local noise regulations.

• Any activities that may cause damage to the property or equipment are strictly prohibited.

• The Client and third parties must not engage in illegal activities while on the premises.

Liability for Damages

• The Client is responsible for any damages to the studio, equipment, or property that occur during the hire period.

• Damages will be assessed by the Studio Manager, and the Client will be provided with a detailed report outlining the damage and associated repair or replacement costs.

• The Client agrees to cover all costs for repairs or replacements required due to damage caused by the Client or their third parties.

• Failure to settle damage charges may result in legal action or additional penalties.

Studio Equipment and Props

• Studio equipment and props are included in the hire for use by the Client.

• All items/props used during a session must be returned and cleaned to the original condition they were found in. 

• The Client must handle all equipment and props with care and ensure they are returned in their original condition.

• Any damage or loss of equipment or props will be assessed, and the Client will be charged for repair or replacement costs.

Privacy and Confidentiality

• Bewildered Studio respects the privacy of its clients. All personal information collected during the booking process will be handled in compliance with applicable privacy laws and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
